<div class=ru><p>Дата фото: 10.06.2012 | Фото Андрея Катровского</p><p>Когда дни становились менее пасмурными, тучи комаров сменялись стаями слепней. Их количества были не такие впечатляющие, большинство вообще летело внутри Арго. Что интересно, на нас они при этом особо не бросались, просто скапливались и кружили рядом. Но стоило мне протянуть руку и выловить из стаи один экземпляр для рассматривания и фотографирования — на руки набрасывались его свободные товарищи, один за одним. Видимо, правду говорят: сигналы бедствия от одного кровососа сообщают остальной стае, что в месте его пленения или гибели находится что-то живое и вкусное.</p><p><span class=ubcl>сем. Their ranks were not so impressively dense, and most of horse-flies were soaring inside Argo. What's interesting, they almost never attacked us, just gathered and flew around. But as soon as I picked one from the flock as a sample for close view and a series of shots — her free colleagues immediately started to attack my hand, one by one. I had heard before that distress signals from one bloodsucker serve as an invitation for a meal for the rest of the pack: “someone catched or killed our colleague, that means there is a lot of food”.
