Решила позанудствовать и в этот раз определить «какой кукушкин лён у меня на фото». Скачала несколько определителей, долго и пристально в них смотрела.</p><p>Теперь я знаю, что наше северное биоразнообразие, помимо нескольких тысяч видов комаров из того анекдота*, включает несколько сотен видов мха.</p><p>* если кто забыл: «<em>Богат и разнообразен животный мир (Сибири, Карелии, ... ). I knew there were… well, peat moss, hair moss. This time I decided to be nerdy and to find “which hair moss is there on the photo”. I found some books about moss identification and gazed into them for a long time.</p><p>So, now I know that biodiversity of our northern forests comprises not only a few thousands species of mosquitoes from a well-known Russian joke* but also a few hundreds species of mosses.</p><p>* “<em>The wildlife of (Siberia, Karelia, …) is rich and diverse.
